Marketing Coordinator

Meeker-Magner Company, established in 1902 is one of the Chicago area's top insurance agencies. Our reputation for giving our customers “value added services” has allowed us to grow into a large agency while maintaining the feel of a smaller agency.

•The Sales Coordinator works closely with the sales managers and six sales representatives.
•The Sales Coordinator prepares new appointment materials, tracks appointment results, and organizes seminars.
•The Sales Coordinator is active in development of marketing materials, marketing strategies for each sales representative and appointment setting.
•The Sales Coordinator’s hours would be 20 per week.
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate will be organized, outgoing, energetic, and personable.

Requirements:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with people in leadership positions
• Positive attitude
• Well developed computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to multi-task
• Marketing background a plus
