Job Description:

Recruit, train and coach all levels of Financial Planners to add to solid nucleus of current group;
Develop team's production through coaching, mentoring and training;
Help take Agency to new heights.
REQUIREMENTS
8+ years experience in Insurance and Financial Services;
Successful personal production background in estate, business succession, and financial planning;
4-5 years Management experience, including success as a Recruiter of Financial Planners;
Texas Life & D.I., plus Series 7, 24, 66;
CFP, ChFC or CLU;
Bachelor's degree.
