Position Title: MCU Claims Supervisor

Travel Percentage: 10-25%

Job Summary:
Under broad direction, works at the highest authority levels on assignments reflecting the highest degree of technical complexity. Possesses highest level of technical skills as well as product and industry knowledge. Recognized as technical consultant and advisor both within and outside the company. Provides technical guidance within own areas as well as the field offices.

This position directly manages a portfolio of 60+ high exposure claims, each with total incurred reserves of $500K or greater. In addition, this position provides technical oversight of field managed Liability claims with serious injuries that carry total incurred reserves of less than $500K, as well as serious claims managed by TPA's.
This is the dedicated home office MCU (Major Case Unit)position supporting Global Energy

Job Qualifications:
10 or more years of related experience.

Bachelors Degree is preferred.
