For more information, visit http://www.genworth.com.This position oversees the management of Long Term Care's (LTC) Independent Channel Sales Producer Marketing web initiatives with responsibilities including but not limited to: Ownership of all content and web strategy on the Genworth Financial Pro website for LTC's Independent Channel
Distribution and production for CD Sales Toolkit for all channels.
Representation for LTC Independent Channel on cross-site branding and web-based integration initiatives
Implementation and support for all other web-based initiatives that support the channelBasic Qualifications:
2-3 years of Project Management experience
2-3 years of experience developing user requirements, use cases, and other project documentation for web-based projects
Experience interfacing with and managing IT project teams
Proficiency in HTML, XHTML
Familiarity with data tablesPreferred Candidate Qualifications:
Proficiency in Quickbase
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology or equivalent experience in eMarketing
Experience leading teams directly or indirectly, influencing to achieve results
Previous LTC industry experience
