* Extensive customer contact.
* Investigation and evaluation of coverage, liability and damages.
* Negotiate with customers to settle claims up to specified monetary limits.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:* Four-year college degree* Minimum 1 year work experience in a customer service and/or insurance position (preferred).
* Excellent customer service, communication skills, sound judgment and decision making skills.
* Collections experience helpful.
* Valid driver's license.
* Bondable.
* Computer Proficient.
