For more information, visit http://www.genworth.com.DESCRIPTION:The Marketing Leader for LTC Career Sales is responsible for developing the strategy for sales opportunity generation across all marketing channels. The leader is responsible for lead delivery targets and cost per lead targets. The leader is expected to outline a comprehensive plan for driving sales growth through Broad Market, Endorsement, Affinity, and agent-generated sales opportunities. The Leader is responsible for managing 100+ affinity relationships, key agency relationships at a high level, and directing a team of experienced marketing professionals to develop successful marketing campaigns.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop Long Term Care marketing strategy to generate sales opportunities via a variety of sources.
Drive lead generation to support sales goals.
Develop endorsement strategy to identify regional and local partnerships.
Promote sales growth through agent-generated marketing and sales opportunities.
Drive field ownership of local marketing strategies through Business Planning Process.
Develop and communicate strategy to key stakeholders.
Manage team of marketing professionals to maximize results.
Develop and integrate marketing plans across affinity partners.
Create training programs to educate field sales leadership on localized marketing strategies.
Develop marketing materials and collateral for field sales use.Manage activity and budget
Manage marketing quarterly/annual testing calendar and budget.
Manage trade-offs between needed testing/learning, field and Senior Leadership Team requests, and budget constraints.
Refine marketing campaign development process and procedures to reduce cycle time and costs.
Monitor performance of key metrics and adjust plan as required.Increase program effectiveness.
Identify test plan and high-potential testing opportunities and drive execution.
Maximize programs across channels to hit lead delivery targets and lower cost per lead.
Monitor sales metrics for marketing effectiveness and efficiency from various lead sources.Represent Long Term Care Career Sales Marketing team with Corporate Branding Team.BASIC CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of marketing experience
2+ years of direct mail marketing experience
3+ years of team leadership experience
3+ years of insurance/financial services industry experience
BA / BS in Marketing or related fieldPREFERRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
MBA in Marketing
LTCI-specific industry exposure
Familiarity and experience with different sales and distribution models
