Intermediate Business Systems Analyst

INTERMEDIATE BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST
This position is responsible for supporting the end users of the Customer Service Department. This position will conduct daily monitoring and maintenance of existing systems and also develop new systems as needed. Will provide support through analysis, recommendation, and implementation where appropriate of automated solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and work environment. This position will assist in the data analysis and reporting needs of these end users, utilizing the source system, Data Warehouse, and MS Access to provide standard and adhoc reports and data extracts as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a Bachelors degree in a related field or three years experience in Systems or Data Analysis, a minimum of two years experience in a managed care/ health care organization is preferred. Experience in database tools and/or programming, as well as proficiency in standard Microsoft tools (Access, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Viso), SQL Server, Visual Basic for Applications.
