Insurance Verification Specialist

Kelly Services, a Fortune 500 company and a leader in the global staffing industry, has several Insurance Verification Specialist positions available at a large insurance company located in Boise. These are long term positions with the potential of temp-to-hire for the right candidates.
The Insurance Verification Specialist's main duty is to call health insurance customer service representatives and verify health insurance coverage for Medicaid clients. At least 90% of the job entails the use of the telephone. There will also be some on-line verification via the internet. You must be highly detail-oriented as accuracy is important.
Requirements:

Detail oriented

Good organizational skills

Computer experience (Word, Excel, Access)

Ability to multi-task

Diligence and accuracy

Typing 45 wpm, ten key

Good telephone etiquette

Good attendance
