Insurance Sales Agent

Purpose:
Our client, a leading property and casualty insurance company is seeking a sales associate to join their team.

On a daily basis this person will be selling personal line insurance, following up on leads via the Internet and contacting current customers as well as those within the sales que.

The ideal candidate will be driven and goal oriented with a demonstrated sales ability. This person will be proficient within Microsoft Office applications and have great written and verbal communication skills. Insurance experience and a Property and Casualty License are not necessary, but definitely helpful and desirable. The successful candidate will constantly be on the phones making sales calls.

This position is a full-time, permanent position with lots of opportunity for overtime, paying $11.91/HR with a 15% commission on new or changed policies, with no renewal fees or cap. A good sales representative should make 35-40K their first year, and an established representative 50-60K.
