Outstanding opportunity to work with insurance lawmakers in Floridas capital, Tallahassee. Tallahassee based law firm is seeking an Insurance Regulatory Attorney with 3+ yrs. experience to join them as a junior to mid level associate. The ideal candidate will have some of the following experience: insurance company formation or regulatory compliance background; licensure compliance; product filings in multiple states in any line of insurance; corporate merger and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have State Insurance Department legal background or knowledge. Must be Florida licensed and have ties to Tallahassee. Excellent academics and writing skills expected.
