Insurance Department Operations Manager

We seek an Operations Manager to support our Offshore Insurance Company. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and unique personal service.


Position:

Supervising a staff which cover the process of subscription, follow up underwriting, billing, communicating, service, review of policy, granting of policy, delivery of policy, payment of medical services, etc.
Coordinating process with outside representatives and internal process.
Updating and maintaining process and procedures.
Assuring that all areas are being followed with precision and compliance.
Keeping track of pending issues related to policies, clients, prospects, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Fully bilingual (English / Spanish)
Experience in Life Insurance, Educational Plans & Retirement Plans (a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented / motivated
Knowledge of MS office / computer literacy
