Personal Banking Officer

We have a current fantastic opportunity for a Personal Banking Officer who will Interface with clients on a daily basis and handle any operational or service related inquires. We need your ability to engage in conversations with clients to ensure inquiries/issues are resolved and to analyze their needs for cross-selling opportunities. You will work directly with clients in handling all areas of operations (e.g., loan payments, wires, new accounts, checking and savings account activity, CD's, investments, etc.). Provides accurate, timely and extensive information to all client inquiries and requests to ensure retention of existing profitable clients. Listed below are the requirements we need for this position

4+ years banking experience required, preferably branch experience.
4+ years experience in providing banking product and services advise to clients required.
Prior experience in handling small to large and less to more complex account relationships required.
Thorough knowledge of all bank products and services required.
Strong experience in resolving client problems required.
Strong understanding of bank operations required.
Solid cross-selling and business development skills required.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required to effectively interface with clients and bank colleagues..
REQUIREMENTS
