Health Claims Account Manager

Primary responsibilities for this position include reviews and approves all claims over TPA’s (Claims Payors) authority; responds to TPA’s technical and administrative questions; travels to TPA’s and conducts on-site audits; identifies and corrects TPA performance issues; assigns technical vendors to assist in claims issues; coordinates or prepares Claims reports.REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Qualified applicants must possess technical knowledge of Group/Blanket Accident and Health Claims procedures, standards, and regulations; medical claims auditing or supervisory experience; ability to interpret and apply policy language to specific and general claim situations; strong written communication skills to write reports, and to communicate with TPA’s and insured parties; strong verbal communication skills; and proficiency with Word and ExcelEDUCATION REQUIRD:
BA/BA Degree or related experience; industry courses helpful.BENEFITS:
