Front End Collector

Base Pay + Commission! Bilingual English/Spanish skills required.

We have an immediate opening at our corporate office in Cypress, for a highly organized Collector with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Duties include:

Calling deficient accounts and curing outstanding balances.
Making payment arrangements for financial hardships.
Maintaining precise documentation of past due accounts and the collection process, with consistent follow-up to ensure that accounts are monitored timely.
Ensuring application and compliance with established operating policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have:

Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
Fluent bilingual Spanish/English skills required.
Working knowledge of processes, compliance and regulations concerning collection activities (state and federal collection laws) - FDCPA (Fair Debt Collections Practice Act & FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act).
A minimum six months collections experience.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
The ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
Good computer skills.
