Express Claim Product Specialist
AIM Healthcare Services is seeking a Express Claim Product Specialist. This candidate will be responsible for implementing Express Claim on-site at Payor and Provider institutions. The primary purpose of this position is the implementation of Express Claim which includes, but is not limited to; on-site and off-site operational reviews, monitoring Express Claim business development to establish and communicate up and coming implementations, application set-up, working with IT Development and QA to facilitate Express Claim implementation business requirements, on-site user training of AIM employees and Payer / Provider employees, and transitioning all implementation communication and documentation to ExpressClaim’s client services group.
Other duties will include:
1. Responsible for successful execution of the implementation plan.
2. Responsible for on-site set-up of Express Claim product.
3. Responsible for determining user roles for each on-site user.
4. Responsible for definition of current claim approval process.
5. Responsible for determination of current claim payment process.
6. Responsible for all on-site training for designated Payor and Provider institutions.
7. Responsible for coordination between AIM Operation staff, Healthcare Consultants, and Express Claim staff.
8. Responsible for maintaining the current implementation and training protocols.
9. Responsible for implementing transition plan from implementation team to client services group.
10. Responsible for identifying processes, client goals, action items, systems and workflow via on-site and off-site operational reviews.
11. A considerable portion of this job will involve travel to client locations to conduct operational reviews, implimentations and user training.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate will have client facing experience with documentable experience in conducting client interviews and presentations.
High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred; minimum of 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry; Experience in client services; Interested in a high paced and quickly changing environment; Interested in training and working with clients; Ability to work in groups and individually;; Proficiency in working in Excel, Word, and Power Point; knowledge of ethical business practices. Self-motivated individuals will benefit the most from this position.
