Located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Cross Country Home Services, Inc. (CCHS) is a rapidly growing, $80 million company and the largest independent provider of home warranties, home service contracts, and homeowner assistance programs in North America. CCHS markets these services to homeowners throughout The United States utilizing multiple marketing channels and state-of-the-art direct marketing techniques.
We are in search of a well-rounded person with outstanding intellect and academic background who balances strategic insight with a strong, aggressive results-oriented approach to act as a liaison with all real estate industry clients to ensure that all marketing and product strategies maximize our revenue and profit opportunities. This will require building and maintaining excellent relationships, representing the company directly, as well as personally reviewing and analyzing industry, product, and client performance. The incumbent will actively participate in the development of marketing campaigns and materials to ensure they effectively accomplish our goals, including having full control of homeowner communication materials. The Director will also be responsible for the inbound telephone sales/enrollment team.
REQUIREMENTS
Director of Marketing Real-Estate
Create and implement enrollment strategies and renewal marketing to drive the revenue streams
Support sales team in development of sales strategies and proposals as needed; Work with client, sales, and in-house teams to develop effective sales materials; champion strategy; review and approve materials proposed by other groups
Working with the client marketing groups, sales, and product support to drive projects such as: defining and implementing a customer communications strategy and developing collateral that optimally positions the strengths of the products
Product analysis; test, revise or enhance product to maximize overall profitability
Competitive analysis and positioning
Manage national and/or large account implementations and marketing strategies
Create and implement Homeowner communication strategy. Content, design, and distribution of fulfillment kit
Train field staff in operational procedures and tools
Ensure effective ongoing implementation of realtor communication materials; champion development and implementation of enhancements
Manage the in-bound tele-services sales and enrollment team (10-12 staff people)
Develop and report sales and revenue budgets
Provide strong leadership to ensure our success in these ventures
Education/Other requirements
Strong academic accomplishments, Bachelors required, M.B.A. desirable;
Minimum 7 years related experience, including marketing and account management experience
Detail oriented with excellent follow up, creativity, problem solving, conflict management, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to source, influence, and manage key business relationships;
Strong staff management and coaching skills; Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
Proven marketing and general management skills with an exceptional track record of success within high-performance organizations
Ability to own responsibility with the related expertise to drive the entire business process including service, sales, product management, operations, business development, partnerships/alliances, and marketing
Strong conceptual, analytical and strategic skills allowing CCHS to recognize, evaluate and prioritize opportunities
Customer-led instincts, with the ability to determine customer needs and continuously ensure that CCHS’ products will address those needs
Well-developed influencing skills with the ability to work in a matrix environment
Ability to build a high-performing team and inspire others
Experience in, or familiarity with, residential real estate market or sales offices a plus
