We are now seeking hard working, highly committed top producers for our Direct Sales positions at our regional headquarters in Irving, Texas.

As a Direct Sales Representative Trainee you will quote and sell Property and Casualty insurance products to members, collect premiums, bind coverage and contact and follow up on all leads.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

Qualifications include an aptitude for sales, and the ability to obtain a Texas agent/broker license (we will assist with this process). We prefer a minimum of 2 years proven sales experience and a 4 year college or equivalent work experience. Experience with Property and Casualty Insurance product desired with emphasis on sales. Strong customer service skills required, along with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of Microsoft office software required. This is an inbound sales call center with excellent hours. Shift times vary between 7 am to 7 pm, with occasional Saturdays.
