In this Marketing and Underwriting Trainee - Commercial Lines position, you will be an active participant in a company paid development program, lasting approximately one year. Upon successful completion of training, you will become responsible for an overall book of business in an assigned territory with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: production, profitability, agency management and service coordination.

What We Require for this position:
¨3-5 years business experience, preferably in insurance
¨An undergraduate degree, preferably in business with an insurance concentration
Excellent communication, customer service and negotiating skills
¨An Incredibly high level of business acumen
¨Above all else, the ambition and passion necessary to succeed beyond all expectations

Initial placement may be available in any one of the following locations:
Indianapolis, IN; Dallas, TX; St. Petersburg, FL
