Analysts are responsible for identifying opportunities in staffing, processes, and technology, as well as, the follow-up to changes made. The successful candidate will provide management tools and recommendations for decision making, they will mentor entry level analysts, and facilitate/manage team projects.

Qualified candidates must have experience in writing queries to pull data from a variety of complicated databases/systems. Preferred experience with WOMBAT data, CentreVu, Remedy, Telecom data (ICM and/or Network Carrier), and Aspect. Must conduct analysis to provide forecasting based on trends. Successful candidate will be expected to mentor others in data analysis and reporting. Explanation of analysis approach and results will be required for use in operational decision making and more strategic initiatives. Candidates should have 5 years experience in data analysis.At Progressive, status quo won't cut it.
