Commercial Lines Underwriting Trainer

We represent an expanding national insurance company headquartered in Des Moines where this business is known for their tradition of service and integrity for the past 60 plus years. This training specialist requires a commercial insurance background and will serve as a key instructor to all levels of the organization as well as assist in educational program planning and coordination. Some travel may be required.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications desired:

Five years experience in adult education, supervision, and/or management presentations
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Commercial underwriting background
Insurance coursework such as FLMI, CLU, CPCU preferred
