Commercial Lines Rep 2

Acordia, Inc., the world’s 5th largest Insurance Brokerage, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo is currently seeking a Commercial Lines Rep 2 to work in our Rancho Cordova, CA office. Responsible for servicing and administering client accounts, acting independently in accepting or rejecting new risk, selecting the appropriate carrier to place business, and coordinating work flow.
Duties include: determining appropriate account coverages and premium structure, ordering and/or processing of binders, policies, certificates and endorsements; marketing client accounts and negotiating commissions with carriers; checking policy coverages, endorsements, certificates and
rating calculations; completing required checklists, maintaining files and inputing policy detail; resolving policy and coverage related concerns for clients and insurance carriers; monitoring claim activity; assisting in reconciliation of accounts receivable. May have training and supervisory responsibilities.
Note:
P&C license required. CISR &/or CIC designation preferred.
