Claims Field Office Manager

Infinity Insurance, a national provider of personal automobile insurance, needs an ambitious, enthusiastic person for the position of Claims Field Office Manager in the Miami, Florida area.

This person will be responsible for the management, control and day-to-day function of assigned office with a designated geographic area of responsibility. This includes the management of all property and casualty claims assigned to the office.

REQUIREMENTS
*Prior supervisory experience preferred.

*A minimum of two (2) years of claims handling experience required with demonstrated proficiency in all areas.

*Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus.
*Must have the ability to deal with conflict.

*Ability to handle/review claims via on-line claims systems.

*Must apply for and possess, on a timely basis, all applicable licenses required by the State(s) to which the individual is assigned and achieve/maintain state required continuing education.
