Claim Supervisor, Claim Adjusters & Claim Assistant

Risk Enterprise Management, a member of the growing worldwide Zurich Financial Services Group*, is currently seeking experienced claim personnel for our Quincy, MA. Office to staff a new start-up dedicated unit servicing a Fortune 100 Company. We are looking for the following positions:

Claim Supervisor

Minimum of 7 years experiences in handling workers’ compensation claims with excellent verbal & written communication skills. You must be technically proficient with MA WC statute with other New England states' (CT, RI, ME, NH, VT) WC experience a plus. The successful candidate will also have at least 3 years prior supervisory experience with a strong technical background and the ability to work in a team environment.

Claim Adjusters

Minimum of 5 years of workers compensation claim experience. You must be technically proficient with MA WC statute with other New England states' (CT, RI, ME, NH, VT) WC experience a plus. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of handling workers’ compensation claims with a strong technical background and outstanding customer service and communication skills

Claim Assistant

Minimum of 2 years of general office experience is required. Insurance Company/TPA and prior workers compensation medical only claims handling experience is a plus. Excellent computer and communication skills are a must.
