REQUIREMENTS
Claims Support Representative:
Clerical support for the Claims department. Duties include filing, copying, data entry, mail distribution, etc. Knowledge of computers, Word & Excel is required.Claim Representative Trainees:
Once fully trained, you will be responsible for investigating auto accidents, communicating with our customers and negotiating fair resolutions to claims. Qualified candidates will have a college degree and/or prior auto claims experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.Medical Payments Representative:
Entry level position. Medical Payment Representatives are responsible for investigating and adjusting auto medical claims. Qualified candidates will have a college degree and/or prior auto claims experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.Casualty Claim Representative:This position will investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle bodily injury and property damage liability claims. Qualified candidates will have a college degree as well as prior auto claims handling experience.
Claims Litigation Representative:This position will directly manage a pending of auto claims litigation files. Qualified candidates will have a college degree as well as prior experience handling claims litigation. Experience in handling and/or licenses in multi-state jurisdictions is a plus. Attorneys and paralegals will be considered for this position.
