KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean or Tagalog strongly desired
* Ability to multi-task and handle large volumes of work in a short period of time
* Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both orally and in writing
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
* Ability to operate computer terminals/PC equipment to create, enter, review, change, and inquire into stored data
* Hours of operation: 7am - 6pm M-F

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:,
* Review, process and settle applicable routine first-party injury claims as trained and directed
* Review, process and settle routine auto property damage liability, and material damage claims as directed
* Recognize claims which are beyond scope of authority and take appropriate actions
* Apply State Farm's customer service philosophy
* Apply knowledge of state laws and regulations pertaining to the insurance industry as trained
* Learn & utilize terminology, regarding auto parts, auto body repair, medical procedures and anatomical terminology
* Candidates selected will be trained on terminology regarding automobile parts, auto body repair, medical procedure, anatomical terminology, and knowledge of state laws and regulations as they apply to the insurance industry
