If you have 5+ years of experience as a Claim Analyst with expertise in Worker’s Compensation and Commercial Property and Liability claims and a valid Property & Casualty License, we have an opportunity for you! CBIS is seeking a qualified candidate with exceptional customer service and analytical skills for our Mount Laurel, New Jersey location.

Responsible for handling new claims, assisting clients with claim preparation, interpreting coverage/claim values and following up with carrier adjusters to assure that our clients claims are handled both timely and equitably. Analyst duties demand broad knowledge and experience with all facets of the insurance industry. Must be highly organized and able to prepare correspondence and file reports, work independently, maintain electronic claim file records and work on selected claim projects. Continuing education is required and computer skills are essential. This Analyst position also includes financial reporting and carrier negotiations.

REQUIREMENTS
5+ years experience in an insurance related environment including claim review and carrier oversight; Worker's Compensation and Commercial Property and Liability experience; Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Explorer; Exceptional customer service, analytical and negotiation skills for management and control of sensitive claim and financial information and situations (coverage, denials, etc.); Availability for periodic 24/7 on-call claim service; Flexibility to attend occasional off-hours meetings as required.
