On less complex accounts, Broker may independently handle the account and meet with the client. Broker may support Senior Broker on complex accounts.

Finalize market submission and product design options with Relationship Manager and client, as appropriate.

Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of insurance marketplace, products, and services.

Develop and maintain productive business relationships with key players.

Select, submit and negotiate with appropriate markets to meet and exceed coverage and risk transfer/risk financing products.

Create syndication status reports as required by client.

Analyze and compare risk transfer/risk financing products and presents to relationship manager and client. Confirm final decisions and initiates program execution with Relationship Manager and ACS.

Assist the Relationship Manager in establishing the Client Service Plan.

Develop and maintain understanding of analytical/actuarial techniques to design and compare risk transfer/risk financing plans as required by product line.

Understand the causes of E&O and adopts practices to reduce Aon’s exposure.

Adhere to Aon’s adopted best practices.
Job Requirements
Candidates should have a basic knowledge of their specialty and a general knowledge of all other lines of insurance. Individuals should understand policy construction and application and have experience and/or education in Risk Management/Insurance. In addition they should possess good client relation, organizational and time management/multi-tasking skills. They should be able to fully utilize PC office products, such as Word, Excel and Lotus Notes and possess ability to gain proficiency in internal business application, such as Bridge.
Individuals at this level must generally have a minimum of 3-6 years of insurance brokerage or equivalent experienceREQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or higher with Risk and Insurance Management/business related curriculum preferredAon offers:
