CORPORATE PHARMACIST NEEDED IN PHOENIX,AZ!!

This position assists identifying, analyzing, planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating functions of the pharmacy utilization programs for all of the organization and its health plan affiliates, including the areas of quality, utilization, and case management. Will be responsible for helping direct the leadership, oversight, and development of pharmacy utilization and formulary programs.Education and Work Experience:
Must possess a Doctorate of Pharmacy. Seven (7) years of varied clinical experience required; three (3) years of work experience in utilization, quality, case, and risk management activities is necessary. Incumbent must have five (5) years of supervisory and management experience with two to three (2-3) of those years working in a managed care plan operation OR any combination of academic education, professional training, or work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of this position as required.
