CLAIMS MANAGER

Summary of Position: Manage and coordinate insurance claims of organization to control risks and losses. Coordinate the research, verification and investigation of accidents, manage the workers' compensation program, develop and maintain records and reports and establish safety policies and procedures.Required Qualifications: Any combination equivalent to: a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, paralegal, or communication and at least three years experience in positions of increasing responsibility, including general liability and insurance matters. Must have knowledge of laws, rules and regulations of claims management, understanding of the insurance industry and modern business practices, excellent communication skills, normal finance procedures and practices, research methods and report writing techniques. Knowledge of Applied Ergonomics. Understanding of Campus Crusade for Christ ministry extremely helpful.
