Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity handling claims in our Woodland Hills, CA office. In this vital role, you will be responsible for investigating accidents to determine liability, corresponding with customers over the phone, obtaining police reports, and negotiating damage settlements. You will be documenting claim activity on a desktop, and following processes that provide fair settlements or claim resolutions, customer satisfaction and excellent cost management.
REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate has a four-year college degree, excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as basic computer skills. Previous experience with direct customer contact, preferably in a fast-paced or retail environment is preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
