Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity for a Total Theft Claim Adjuster in our Malvern, PA office. In this vital role, you will be dealing with customers over the phone, investigating total theft claims, collecting relevant information to properly assess and settle claims. You will be documenting claim activity on a desktop and following processes that provide fair settlements or claim resolutions, customer satisfaction and excellent cost management.
REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate has a four-year college degree, excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as basic computer skills. Candidates should possess the ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment, while demonstrating persistence and problem solving skills. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in handling claims required; experience in the automotive industry preferred!
