Our Bilingual Benefit Representative is responsible for properly matching patients to federal and state benefit programs. These individuals instruct and assist patients with eligibility processes and ensure timely billing of transmittal accounts. This position is responsible for making decisions on routine problems and working with their Manager with non-routine questions. The Benefit Representative must also establish strong, quality relationships with the hospital staff and patients. Excellent follow through skills during the application process to ensure payment is a must!
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements for our Benefit Representative are as follows:

•BILINGUAL CANIDATES PLEASE
•Must have Excellent Customer Service skills - this position is a "Key" Representative of the Company - we want a great "People Person";
•Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent work experience;
•Must be able to drive to the HCFS office, to patient rooms, other hospital offices and governmental agencies; and
•Must possess great written and verbal skills.
