Benefits Coordinator

Full charge benefits coordinator for large downtown law firm.
Must have experience in a human resources role dealing with health coverage, full range of employee benefits, payroll deductions and new hire packets.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of three year's on the job experience in a human resources department dealing with full range of employee benefits.
One year's experience in a law firm would be an added advantage.
Good typing skills together with knowledge of HR software and MS Office suite. Excellent communication skills are a necessity as is the ability to deal with confidential information in a diplomatic manner.
