BILINGUAL CLAIMS ADJUSTER - Personal Injury

PrideStaff is currently hiring for a Bilingual Claims Adjuster-Personal Injury. Our client is a national automobile insurance organization that operates under seven insurance companies within the Group and offers insurance coverage in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.

The position of Claims Adjuster is responsible for handling a large number of claims, provides customer service and analyzes liability and coverage for a negotiable settlement.
Job responsibilities include:
-Investigating all claims assigned that involve coverage, liability and damages through initial phone calls to interested parties, mail, assignment of appraisers, setting up rentals and taking recorded statements.
REQUIREMENTS
-Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
-A minimum of 3-5 years experience is required.
-Applicants must be able to work independently and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
