Responsibilities:Extensive customer contact.Inspecting vehicles, writing estimates, and settling auto property damage claims.Negotiate with customers to settle claims up to specified monetary limits.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:Excellent customer service skills and abilities.
Judgment and decision making skills.
Ability to analyze and learn quickly.Multi-tasking.
Communication skills, including the ability to deal with conflict.Fluent in Spanish preferred.
Computer proficiency.
Four-year college degree, automotive related Associate of Applied Science degree from an accredited technical college; or two years working as a manager, assistant manager or lead estimator in an auto body repair facility is required.
