PricewaterhouseCoopers is seeking an Audit (Assurance) Manager, who specializes in the Financial Services Industry, specifically in Insurance. The ideal individual will assume overall responsibility for a team of professionals to deliver quality services to our insurance industry clients. He/she will be expected to take a consultant's approach to the attest/assurance process of a client's operation utilizing the new audit methodology. This includes risk assessment, planning, "review by interview" and analytical procedures. The individual will also be a client advisor, demonstrate industry expertise, leverage client relationships, promote the expansion of services, and be responsible for staff development. Deliver quality service to a variety of top-tier clients primarily in the Insurance industry. Continually develop new ways to help these clients solve their ever increasing complex business problems in an ever increasing and changing global environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
BA/MA/MPA/MB.A. degrees, CPA certification required.Essential Requirements:
The ideal candidate is expect to have 5 to 8 years of current or prior public accounting experience in Big 4 or local public firm. Candidates from the Financial Institutions industry with a desire to perform a client service role will be considered. CPA or equivalent required. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) are required as well as strong supervisory and project management skills. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated person with a strong client service ethic and the desire to continuously learn and advance quickly.
