Salary Range = $50,900 - $76,300
Examine court rulings, statutes and regulations, and take action to ensure that UUG commercial P&C forms are in compliance.
Develop policy language and related educational materials to support compliance and new product initiatives.
Facilitate implementation of new products and monitor effectiveness.
Work with Strategic Support Unit staff to develop implementation solutions for policy writing systems, rating, claims, marketing, underwriting, stat. reporting, etc.
Act as a liaison with Governmental Affairs and Compliance departments regarding policy form and endorsement filings.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Five years of Commercial P&C Underwriting or Claims experience.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and explain commercial P&C policies (including Property, General Liability, Garage and Business Auto lines).
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Progress toward completion of CPCU program is preferred; other coursework (including IIA or CIC) is a plus.
Experience in developing insurance policy language is a plus.
