Associate Marketing Manager / Multicultural Internet Marketing

This position is located in Northbrook, IL The Internet Marketing group resides within the Internet and Call Center Marketing team and has accountability for the content and eCommerce strategy, management, and optimization for allstate.com. This position is for an Associate Marketing Manager for Internet Content Development and Management. This individual will be responsible for: 1. Leading the development and integration of multicultural messaging strategies and programs for the Internet Channel. 2. Assisting in the development of new products to ensure integration with on-line assets. 3. Partnering with the cross sell marketing team to ensure integration with Specialty lines, Financial and Commercial products. This will include creating process and procedures to insure integration.
REQUIREMENTS
The skills required are: 1. Proven ability to lead cross functional teams. 2. Advanced project management in a web environment to insure deadlines and budgets are met. 3. Proven ability to identify and create process and procedures to insure integration. 4. Advanced ability to work effectively with others and lead project teams. 5. Proven ability to respond and anticipate business changes. 6. Strong knowledge of internet technologies. Experience Required: 7 years of marketing experience that includes a minimum of 3 years of multicultural Internet experience. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
