The Agency Sales Representative is an independent contractor position responsible for increasing Colonial sales in an assigned district. Specifically, ASR responsibilites are to:

Market and deliver benefits communications and enrollment solutions to commercial employers
Present and enroll supplemental solutions to employees
Open accounts and maintain effective conditions
Forge and maintain relationships within the broker community

An ASR is expected to develop the necessary skills to be effective in representing Colonial in the marketplace and establishing and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and to comply with all governmental rules and regulations applicable to their representation of Colonial.
