Job Description:
Purpose of the Position:
To provide analysis to and influence over decisions on pricing and risk management of SunAmerica’s annuity products.

Essential Functions:

Oversee the building and execution of pricing and profitability analysis for existing and proposed new products
Develop more comprehensive knowledge of all deployed pricing software systems
Significantly interface with other functional areas to help assess company needs and competitive position
Research and review pricing assumptions and analytical tools for accuracy and appropriateness in changing economic environment
Submit and defend recommendations concerning rate setting
Support the regulatory compliance functions of the company
Diligently explore for efficiencies including internal unit cross-training to ensure coverage
Pursue actuarial exam progress, if applicable
Other duties as assigned.
