KEY JOB ELEMENTS:PREPARATION OF SCHEDULED AND NON-SCHEDULED (AD-HOC) CLIENT ENROLLMENTS AND REPORTING:
• Prepare client enrollment and reporting packages in a timely and accurate manner.• Maintain calendar of scheduled reports, track new enrollments, and monitor work in progress.
• Compile, audit and verify statistical and business math calculations as they apply to assigned benefit and/or insurance plans.• Coordinate with life and disability insurance carriers to request values and resolve discrepancies.
BENEFIT AND INSURANCE ADMINISTRATION:
• Update internal administration database with information necessary for plan maintenance.
• Coordinate and mail all benefit correspondence such as enrollment materials, benefit statements and daily correspondence.• Process policy status changes (such as owner/beneficiary changes, death benefit changes, and policy increases) by contacting insurance carriers, preparing correspondence, spreadsheets and forms, and following up with carrier to confirm policy changes were made accurately. • Provide support to team members including filing and client/department projects.

REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
• College education or equivalentEXPERIENCE:
• One year work experience in an office environment
• Intermediate skill level using Microsoft suite of products, to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.* Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook* Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously by establishing priorities in order to meet deadlines and client expectations.
* Ability to pay careful attention to detail and to accuracy of work, ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations.
* Must take ownership and initiative to ensure client expectations are met, including follow through, follow up, and understanding when and how to involve others.
* Must be able to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization and external clients to express ideas, seek/convey information, exchange points of view and negotiate resolutions.
* Must be able to work and participate in a team environment.
