Web Designer / Web Creative Director

Rancho Dominguez based company is currently seeking a Web Designer

Website Designer - Responsibilities:

Candidates should be proficient in the standard tools of the trade including Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver and Fireworks. Ability to hand-code HTML and CSS is a plus.

Candidates should have a portfolio of professional work that demonstrates versatility, style, and a solid grasp of visual hierarchies. Portfolio of work should also illustrate an understanding of user-centered design and navigation structures. Portfolios must be provided in PDF or URL-linked format for consideration.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years professional design experience, web design.
Experience designing dynamic, templated web sites
Oracle experience a plus
Must have portfolio of previous work
Previous experience documenting and maintaining visual standards preferred
Expert in online content presentation and information design
Strong typographic and conceptual skills
In-depth knowledge of best practices in user experience and usability

XHTML and CSS expert committed to standards based web design
Self-starter with a can-do attitude and the ability to produce A-level work with a minimum of supervision
