Telecom/Cable Technician

Cable Installer/Telecom Technician must have experience in any type of data/telecommunications cabling; CAT 3, CAT 5, CAT 6.
Will install cabling for phones, computers, alarm systems, surveillance, cable TV, Stereo Systems, etc., all inside.
Must be familiar with terminating cable, color codes, connections, standards, fire codes, etc.
Should know the ins and outs of systems and have a good technical understanding of how they work. Will troubleshoot and test.
Must have good customer service skills to interface with clients, be professional, clean cut and reliable. Will make suggestions to clients, adapt to jobs easily, do change orders, pricing, etc., when necessary.
Many projects with lots of growth opportunities. Projects are in Monroe and all surrounding counties.
REQUIREMENTS
This is temp to hire position to work and grow with solid, top 100 growing companies in Rochester.Hours 8-5 M-F and possibly some overtime.Drug test required.Pay is based on experience, $12.00 to $15.00/Hr (may be flexible in pay, based on experience) while contracting; will get a raise based on experience and performance when hired direct.
Client will interview and start immediately; candidate must be available for work.
