TelMed Installers F/T or P/TAmerican Medical Alert Corporation (NASDAQ: AMAC), a nationwide provider of healthcare communication services and advanced telehealth monitoring technologies is seeking F/T or P/T TelMed Installers to join our expanding division. Positions will service the state of Mississippi (Hattiesburg, Natchez, Gulfport or Biloxi area). Installation Service is provided Monday-Saturday 8:30 am-5:30pm.Job SummaryPerform daily installations and service to recipients of phone-based, home health monitoring technology. Primary responsibilities include the following:- Installation AMAC's technology in clients' homes- Trains clients, family members and caregivers in the use of the technology- Services and removes equipment as necessary- Responds to customer questions regarding equipment operation.- Troubleshoots system operation with clients to effectively
restore proper unit functioning.- Coordinates service delivery with community of home care
agency personnel and dispatching office .- Completes all other duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be sensitive to supporting the senior population. (clean driver’s license, and background check required)
Position is home based, equipment and training provided.
