Technical Implementation Analyst III
A full-time position with a well known company with a leading position in the Payments space. Our current projects involve effort critical to the top 50 banks regarding image exchange and remote capture directives. Performs the technical planning, business analysis and configuration of our applications at customers’ sites in accordance with Implementation Services projects. Schedules and performs the technical installations, coordinates the activities with the manager of the project, and responds to customers in a timely manner. Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Performs functional, system integration, application, and performance evaluation of our products and their applications in accordance with the implementation project. Performs and assists customers in their user acceptance testing and production migration. Responds to technical questions and problems related to our applications. Interprets customers’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have good communications (oral and written), presentation, organization and planning skills to successfully implement products.
· Must be proficient IBM Mainframe COBOL, Assembler, and JCL computer languages.
· Must be proficient in using technical tools such as mainframe TSO, ISPF, and workstation software such Microsoft Office.
· Must have fundamental knowledge of PC networking such as LAN, TCP/IP protocol, configuration setup, basic connectivity.
· Must have a working knowledge of MVS, Websphere, MQSeries, and DB/2.
· Must have hands-on knowledge in software implementation, configuration, and support.
· Specific check processing operational knowledge is a plus, especially CPCS, and any image related technology
Knowledge with banking environment is a plus.

· Knowledge on Carreker conventional and image products is a plus.
· Knowledge of MS Windows technology, network, and related products is a plus.
