Operations Specialist Internet Banking
This is a full-time position in our Central Operations department in the Bellevue Office.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Lead person for the Internet Banking application, ACH Goldleaf, Checkfree, Debit cards, CSI Repo, EZ Teller and primary support person for wires. Provide direct support for all Central Ops applications and duties following policy and procedure guidelines. Provide excellent customer service and be an integral part of the Central Ops team.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Internet Banking
oLead person for the Internet Banking application (S1, procedures and training)
oMaintain Internet Banking agreements and customer profiles on S1
oLoad statements
oResponsible for research and client set up following bank policy
oPrimary contact with customers and employees
•Repo Sweep
oLead person for the Repo Sweep application (CSI, procedures and training)
oResponsible for client setup and research
oPrimary contact for employees
oResponsible for maintenance of the system (market value, reassignments, etc.)
•ACH
oLead person for the ACH application (Goldleaf, procedures and training)
oResponsible for client setup and research
oResponsible for accurate and timely processing of daily ACH file to Fiserv
oMaintain ACH agreements and customer profiles
•Bill Pay
oLead person for Bill Pay application (Checkfree, procedures and training)
oResponsible for client setup
oResponsible for research and client cases
•Debit Cards
oLead person for the application (procedures and training)
oPrimary contact with customers and employees
oResponsible for accurately maintaining the EFT database
oResponsible for research and investigation and proper reporting of debit card fraud and unresolved issues.
•EZ Teller
oLead person for the application (procedures and training)
oPrimary contact for employees
oResponsible for employee setup and research
•Effectively prioritize external and internal requests
•File maintenance review for DDA, SAV, COD, CIS
•Process chargebacks (greenbar report)
•Review new account setup on ITI with New Account report
•Review financial CD’s (setup, sig. cards, etc.)
•Data entry to core processing system
•Review branch account documentation (sig. cards, CD’s etc.)
•Staff training as required
•Secondarily responsible for:
oWires (following policy and procedures)
oAccounts Payable
oDeposit Pro
oJournal Entries
oForeign Wires
oCertificate of Deposit checks
oFed EDI
oCorrespondent deposits
oATM Reimbursements
oBrinks/Fed cash Orders
oDormant Accounts
oBranch Support (Returns, NSF, Non-posts, CTR’s, etc.)
•Maintain a superior level of customer service externally and internally.
•Maintain and adhere to all Bank policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
•Special Projects as assigned, including any necessary documentation and training.
• Overtime as required

WORK ENVIRONMENT: (identifies physical surroundings)
•Typing and using a mouse periodically for the majority of the day.
•Moderate noise level
•Sitting for the majority of the day with some walking required. Lifting up to 20 pounds is also required periodically.
REQUIREMENTS
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS (skills, education and experience necessary to perform job):
•College degree preferred.
•High attention to detail and accuracy.
•Ability to solve problems with little to no supervision.
•Consistently provide excellent customer service to external and internal clients.
•Ability to meet deadlines.
•Able to organize well and maintain an uncluttered work environment in a past paced environment.
•Prior bank experience required.
•Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
•Ability to ask questions to gain a better understanding of the process/request.
•Ability to read, analyze and interpret internal report documents.
•Ability to effectively communicate with clients, staff and vendors.
