Superintendent
We are a dynamic and growing real estate development and construction firm in Phoenix looking for looking for a Superintendent with 5-10 years experience who knows how to drive the custom home building process to meet completion dates.


This position will provide overall on-site administrative and technical management to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.


Responsibilities include:


Management, maintenance and monitoring of the entire home building process, from start to close, within specified time and budget parameters
Supervision of all subcontractor scheduling and work quality Performance and maintenance of quality checkpoints Management of, and adherence to, established safety and housekeeping procedures


Requirements:


Proven track record of outstanding customer service and performance 5-10 years experience as a Construction Superintendent
Residential homebuilding experience Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must pass drug and background Must provide current references
