We now seek a future-directed individual to join our winning team in Crete, Illinois. Holland is currently seeking a Site Manager for Railcar Repair Facility based in Wichita Falls, TX. As a site manager you will provide direction & leadership of railcar repair operations including,materials management & labor management. This position is based in Wichita Falls, TX.
Your duties will include:oActive management of daily activities at the site
oWrite up and bill railcar repairs
oResponsible for meeting and maintaining AAR billing and FRA Guidelines
oResponsible for railcar repair, training, safetyoManage labor force, including scheduling of workoProvide direction and leadership for the hourly workforce
oResponsibility of training and development for site mgt and staff
oRecommends, plans and implements equipment needs, efficiency, and/or achieve cost reductions and profits
oResponsible for establishing solid inventory management processes
oBuilding and maintaining excellent customer relations.
To qualify:
·5-7 yrs of small site management experience
·2-3 yrs of railcar repair experience
·Very familiar with AAR and FRA requirements
·Able to work independently in a remote location
·Management of materials and parts ordering
·Proven ability to manage hourly employees
