Job Description:

Provides training, on-site repair, installation and field maintenance to a strong customer base on a variety of medical and fitness products.

Primary Responsibilities:Follows specific manufacturer, Federal, State and BRH guidelines related to all repairsDetermines parts, supplies or tools needed to complete service requests.Relays any special problems to the Service Coordinator following each call.Insures that standard response times committed by the Service Coordinator are met.Loads, delivers, installs, and trains customers on the use and basic maintenance of medical & fitness equipment.Uses, maintains and secures test devices and tools to adjust, and repair equipment.Maintains the shop and vehicle areas.Manages vehicle inventory.Returns defective modules, assemblies or parts to the local office and labels items.Ensures all proper vehicle maintenance guidelines and safe driving habits are followed.Initiates, acquires and maintains technical knowledge.Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
High school diploma required.Technical training in medical equipment/electronics/fitness equipment or related field preferred.2 to 4+ years as a medical equipment and/or fitness equipment service technician preferredValid drivers license and a clean driving record required.Knowledge of tri-state area roads required.Electrical/hydraulic and mechanical experience required.Strong customer service skills required.The ability to lift 50 pounds required.Strong work ethic with a proven successful track record a must..Organizational and time management skills preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred.
