Long term contract position Candidates should have the following prerequisites: 1) At least 2 years experience in repair of RF two way radio equipment. This includes use of test equipment such as Service Monitor, DMM, Oscilloscope, Frequency Counter, Watt Meter, Spectrum Scope, Signal Generator, Computer programming and alignment software, and Soldering and Desoldering Stations. 2) AA degree or equivalent in RF communications electronics. 3) FCC General Radiotelephone Operators Licence. Amateur Radio Operator license is a plus. 4) Ability to work with schematic diagrams in localizing and repairing the fault to the component level. 5) Ability to repair delicate and small multi pin SMT board circuitry and components. 6) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 7) Ability to work independently with a minimum of instruction. 8) Strong Work Ethic with attention detail/quality and willingness to work overtime as necessary. 9) Strong Customer Service Skills with ability to work directly with customers over technical issues.Note: To be considered, your resume must meet specific position requirements and you must identify either the job title or job code for a specific open position.
